What is PRP?

PRP therapy involves drawing a small sample of your own blood, spinning it in a centrifuge to concentrate the platelets and growth factors, and reintroducing this concentrate into the scalp through targeted micro-injections. The growth factors released by activated platelets are believed to prolong the hair growth phase and stimulate blood supply to the follicle.

At FK Hair Experience, PRP is prepared and administered on-site by our medical team, either as a standalone treatment for early-stage thinning or as a booster alongside FUE, DHI, or Sapphire surgery to support graft survival.

Strongest evidence base among regenerative options

Clinical Transparency

PRP has the strongest clinical evidence base of any regenerative hair treatment available today, supported by numerous controlled studies. Results vary by individual — PRP works best on early to moderate thinning with follicles that are miniaturized but not yet dormant. It is not a substitute for surgical restoration in advanced hair loss, and typically requires a series of sessions with periodic maintenance to sustain results.
